Tyson Jensen is a licensed clinical social worker based in Utah, with more than 13 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex emotional challenges. Specializing in trauma therapy, EMDR, dissociative disorders, and substance use treatment, Tyson’s approach is rooted in the belief that healing starts with understanding — not “fixing.” His work centers on building self-awareness, resilience, and emotional clarity through thoughtful, client-centered care.
Throughout his career, Tyson has been committed to creating a therapeutic environment that honors each person’s experiences and strengths. His philosophy emphasizes collaboration, meaning-making, and the integration of difficult experiences into a fuller, more empowered sense of self. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, Tyson offers therapy across cultures and backgrounds, maintaining a flexible, individualized approach to the needs of every client he serves.
Tyson currently practices at White Lotus Family Therapy in Saratoga Springs, Utah, where he continues to support clients through trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and related challenges. In addition to his clinical work, he also mentors emerging clinicians as an AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor, helping shape the next generation of ethical, client-centered therapists across Utah.
